James Farley
James Farley is a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual and works with families and businesses to accomplish financial goals others only dream of. When not planning for his clients, he can often be found at a concert venue, restaurant/bar, art gallery, or local diner enjoying his passions (music, food, people, stories, breakfast). Farley is a lifetime Rochester native and founded Farley’s Friends to give back to the community that has given so much to him over the years.
Kyle Macey
Kyle Macey is an Integration Engineer for Stripe and an intersectional activist in the Rochester Community. When not writing code, doing freelance work, or supporting the queer/POC/femme/disabled community he enjoys playing paintball, cooking, traveling, and being a dog dad to his Lab mix Princess Leia.
Liz Chatterton
Liz is a multidimensional creative with an affinity for storytelling and smart problem solving. As a strategist and a writer, she has built brands and created content for organizations including Google, Salesforce, the American Cancer Society, Fisher-Price, and Xerox.
An avid volunteer, Liz enjoys sharing her time and talents with several nonprofits and causes she’s passionate about. In addition to serving on the Farley's Friends board, she volunteers with Causewave Community Partners, the Alzheimer's Association, the Rochester City School District, and the Women's Foundation of Genesee Valley.
Joseph Petralia
Joe Petralia is a dedicated Mortgage Loan Originator at Genesee Regional Bank, where he harnesses his extensive knowledge in financial services to help families and individuals navigate the complexities of home financing. A proud Rochester native, Joe holds an MBA from St. John Fisher University and deeply values the community he has always called home.
Outside of his professional life, Joe is deeply involved in local networking and charity, as an inaugural member of the Jay Birnbaum Leadership Development Program and Board Member of Temple Beth El. When he's not assisting his clients or engaged in community work, Joe enjoys traveling, playing keyboard and being active.
Liz Szczesniak
Liz Szczesniak is many things besides a board member of Farley’s Friends. She is passionate about cooking and wine and enjoys spending time with extended family and friends. In their free time, Liz and her husband John travel extensively to see their favorite musicians and sample local cuisines and wines along the way. Liz is also an avid Buffalo Bills fan who longs for a Super Bowl win.
